Oliver was exported to Barbados in October 2005 and joined his new owner Sarifa Patel and thoroughly enjoying himself. He has done very well in the showring gaining his Champion Title and 3CCs, 2 Res CCs, Best Stud "Best in Show" at the Barbados Kennel Club Champ Show 18/3/07........................and now res Dog of the Year 2007!
Judge's Report - 1st Limit Dog
2 years old, classy dog of excellent proportions and free striding movement. I would prefer a darker eye, excellent shoulder, great reach shape, firmness and balance. CC Best of Breed, Best of Working Group and Best in Show. Judge - Frank Kane (UK)
Oliver's progeny are also winning Best Puppy and Best Puppy in Show.
We look forward to Oliver gaining his 3rd CC and becoming a "Champion". We wish Sarifa all the very best!
My trip to Barbados
In May 2006 Oliver's owner Sarifa, invited me to handle at the Barbados Kennel Club Champ Show. I was very pleased as it had been a while since I saw Oliver and was looking forward to seeing him again. It was a very hot day and Oliver was out of coat but he still did us proud by winning post graduate dog. A fantastic day was had by all and I would like to thank Sarifa and all the lovely people I met there for their hospitality and for making me feel so much at home. I look forward to seeing them all again in the future.
